Motorcycle swap meet held at Yankee Lake

BROOKFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) — For the 22nd year in a row, motorcycle enthusiasts gathered Sunday to buy parts and swap expertise in Trumbull County.

It’s named the Biker Ball Motorcycle Swap Meet, but organizers simply call it the largest source of “new, used and abused” cycle parts in the tri-state area.

True to that claim, the Yankee Lake Ballroom was lined with tables piled high with everything from headlamps to riding leathers.

Promoter Ron Germadnik said he saw many happy faces as motorcyclists found long-sought after parts.

“They can find everything. Parts from the 20s, 30s, All the way up to the brand new stuff. Leathers, jewelry,” said Germadnik.

Germadnik said the meet mostly features Harley-Davidson parts, but they are starting to carry items for British-made bikes as well.
