Pa. State Police issue warrants for home shooting suspects

NEW CASTLE, Pa. (WKBN) — Pennsylvania State Police issued a warrant Tuesday night for the arrest of Ronald Clark, 41, and Christopher Waters, 21, in connection with a home invasion that happened early Friday morning in New Castle, Pa.

According to the release, Clark held a loaded gun to a two-year-old’s head, threatening to shoot her, in addition to shooting at the homeowner.

Charges were formally filed Tuesday. Police charged Clark with aggravated assault, robbery, criminal conspiracy/robbery, burglary and a firearms violation, and charged Waters with robbery, criminal conspiracy/robbery, burglary and theft.
