Police report: Youngstown woman allegedly tries to run over ex-boyfriend


YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Youngstown police found a man injured on the ground after his ex-girlfriend allegedly hit him with her car Sunday evening, according to a police report.

Police found Charles Pargo near 741 Sherwood Ave. around 7:20 p.m. Sunday. He said that he got into a verbal argument with his ex-girlfriend, Lelan Bright, prior to the incident.

A witness told police she saw two people arguing, followed by the car running into Pargo, sending him flying in the air.

Respondents transported Pargo to St. Elizabeth Hospital trauma unit. The vehicle involved is a 1999 Oldsmobile Alero, Ohio registration GDF 7297, according to the report.
