Youngstown murder suspect agrees to polygraph

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Jury selection was delayed Monday in a Youngstown murder trial after one of the suspects agreed to take a polygraph test to try and prove his innocence.

Frankie Hudson and Lamar Reese are suspects in the shooting death of 17-year-old Josh Davis in 2011. When they got to court Monday, Reese’s lawyer told Mahoning County Common Pleas Judge Maureen Sweeney that his client will be taking the test on Tuesday.

Prosecutors said that if Reese passes the test, they might consider dropping the charges against him. Both suspects are due back in court April 14.
