SEBRING, Ohio (WKBN) — Animal Charity of Mahoning County filed charges against Barbara Vecchio Tuesday in Sebring Court in connection with the March 3 removal of three horses from a farm in Berlin Center in which Animal Charity agents say they found the horses in poor health.

Animal Charity Agent Kym Woodburn said six charges of animal cruelty were filed, three of failing to provide proper water and three of failing to provide adequate exercise.

Vecchio’s arraignment will take place April 24 in Sebring Court.
