Warren woman injured in shooting arrested on drug charges

Lisa Prater arrested after being injured in shooting in Warren

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) — The Trumbull County Probation Department arrested Lisa Prater Wednesday on a warrant issued because she failed to appear in court Tuesday on drug possession charges.

Prater was injured Monday night in a Warren shooting. She is now in the Trumbull County jail on probation violation charges. She was not arrested for any connection to the shooting.

Prater was shot Monday night at a South Street S.E. house along with James Levels. Levels died in the shooting.

Neighbors in fear after Warren shooting

According to the 911 call, two men forced their way into the home and shot the couple. Police are calling the incident a home invasion.
