LISBON, Ohio (WKBN) — A Knox Township man accused of fatally shooting his neighbor as they argued on the front porch last summer has pleaded guilty in the case.

Frank Gorichky, 54, of Alliance, pleaded guilty Thursday in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to charges of reckless homicide with a gun, having a weapon under disability and obstructing official business, according to our newsprint partner, the Lisbon Morning Journal.

He will be sentenced June 26 and could face up to 10 years in prison.

The charges stem from the death of Michael Fisher on July 2 at the Country Squire Mobile Home Park. Investigators said the shooting happened during an argument after a day of drinking, and Gorichky did not mean to kill Fisher.
