Hubbard school receives donation

HUBBARD, Ohio (WKBN) — St. Patrick School in Hubbard is getting a financial boost from one of the Valley’s most philanthropic families.

The Cafaro Foundation has awarded the school a $100,000 grant.

St. Patrick Parish, along with other donors, will match that award to underwrite the operating costs of the school.

The parish is now in its 144th year of operation.

The Cafaro Foundation is a charitable entity established by the Cafaro family in memory of William Cafaro, the founder of the real estate development and management company that bears his name.
