Wind and rain take down tree in Youngstown

A tree came down on Lora Ave. in Youngstown, Ohio.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – The brisk wind and rain Tuesday caused a tree to topple over in Youngstown.

The tree fell between two house on Lora Avenue. The one house was occupied but no injuries were reported. The other house is for sale and sustained a damaged roof.

Gusty winds of about 30 miles per hour were reported in the Valley with moderate rain throughout the day.

A series of low pressure systems will keep the weather cloudy and rainy for most of this week. Strong thunderstorms will be possible through Wednesday as the storm systems move through.
