Ursuline sends Mooney to first loss

Ursuline sent Cardinal Mooney to its first loss of the season, in a 6-4 win over the Cardinals.

Ursuline’s Joel Hake drove in the the go-ahead run in the seventh inning, while Dion Felger capped of the scoring with a sac-fly late in the inning.

Michael Montalbano tallied a pair of hits for the Irish going 2-4, while Hake finished with two hits and an RBI. On the mound, Dion Felger struck out four in the victory.

Harrison Wagner drove in a pair of runs for Mooney in the setback.

Mooney drops to 10-1 on the season, while Ursuline irmpoves to 5-9.
