2 Motorcycles and SUV collide

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – Three people were taken to the hospital after an SUV and two motorcycles collided in Warren.

The accident happened just after 11 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Elm Road N.E. and Sheridan Avenue.

Two people were riding on one motorcycle and third person was riding on another motorcycle when they collided with the SUV.

Two of the victims were taken to Trumbull Memorial Hospital, and the other was taken to Saint Joseph Health Center.

The two people inside the SUV were not injured.

Elm Road was blocked off in both directions near the scene of the accident for about three hours.

One of the motorcycles was leaking gasoline and caught fire about 1: 30 a.m.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
