Man indicted on child rape charges in Warren

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Youngstown man is facing rape charges surrounding assaults on three girls under 13 years old.

A Trumbull County grand jury indicted David Allen Gadd Jr., 29, of McClure Avenue in Youngstown, on three counts of rape and two counts of gross sexual imposition in connection to assaults on three female child victims.

According to the indictment, Gadd assaulted the girls, who are now 9, 10, and 12 years old between August 2012 and December 2012, when the girls were 10, 8 and 7 years old.

The indictment alleges Gadd forced the girls into sexual conduct with him under “force or threat of force.”

All five counts are felony offenses.
