One injured in Youngstown crash

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Youngstown police are investigating a collision that ended with one vehicle landing on its roof.

The crash happened about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday near the area of East Lucius and Southern Boulevard. According to police and witnesses, one person was taken to the hospital.

The extent of their injuries is unknown and it also is unknown if anyone will be charged in the crash since it is still under investigation.

About the same time, officers also responded to a pedestrian being hit on West Indianola Avenue, but the person was not seriously injured, according Youngstown police.
