Former Jackson-Milton PTA head indicted for theft

LAKE MILTON, Ohio (WKBN) — A woman from the Lake Milton area is due in court soon, charged with theft.

A Mahoning County grand jury indicted Annette Seeds on Thursday. Detectives said the one-time president of the Jackson-Milton Parent-Teacher-Association used the organization’s debit card to buy more than $17,000 in personal goods over a two-year period.

Officials said Seeds purchased fuel, groceries, clothing and other items with the PTA card.
