Scrappers postponed to Wednesday doubleheader

Niles, OH (WKBN)- The Scrappers game against the Batavia Muckdogs Tuesday was postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be pushed back to Wednesday, with a double-header with starting at 5:30 p.m at Eastwood Field. Gates open at 5:00 p.m., and both games will last seven innings.

Wednesday is College Fair Night presented by Kent State University-Trumbull Campus. Over 25 colleges will be on hand in the main concourse beginning at 5:00 p.m. One lucky student will win a college scholarship! It is also Military Appreciation Night sponsored by Budweiser. All Active and retired Military members receive 2 free box seat game tickets by showing their ID. The U.S. Air Force Recruiting Service’s Rapid Strike, state-of-the-art flight simulator will be here. It’s also a Wendy’s Wednesday. Bring a Wendy’s receipt or voucher available at participating Wendy’s locations for a buy one get one free box seat ticket.
