McNally announces Youngstown board appointments

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Youngstown Mayor John McNally announced Thursday that he appointed Jamael Brown as the city of Youngstown’s representative to the Board of Directors of the Mahoning Valley Sanitary District.

Brown’s term will last three years, up through late June of 2017.

McNally also appointed Porfirio Esparra Jr., to the Youngstown Board of Health. Esparra’s term is effective from April 1, 2014 through March 31, 2019.
