Trumbull Career Center sets job fair on Friday

CHAMPION, Ohio (WKBN) — The Trumbull Career and Technical Center will hold its first-ever job fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday.

There will be 28 companies on hand for job seekers. The companies will be from the health care, manufacturing, labor and business fields.

Organizers said this is a great resource for people looking for employment.

“People have an opportunity to meet with business and industry that they might not otherwise know how to contact or the best way to get in touch with people. We have business and industry here because they know they have openings and they want to meet with people,” said Vicki Thompson, adult education director for TCTC.

This job fair is not only open to TCTC graduates, but also to the general public. An interview room will be available on site.
