CAMPBELL, Ohio (WKBN) — Campbell city officials announced a parking ban for six streets in the city that will take effect Monday, July 7.
Coitsville Road, Sixth St., Twelfth St., Tenney Ave., Robinson Road and Struthers-Liberty Road will be affected by the ban, put in place to clear the roads for street sweepers that need to clean them and remove debris.
Cars will not be able to park on those roads for as long as it takes the streets to get cleaned, according to Campbell Director of Administration Judith Clement. That could take a week, or possibly more. Wards one, two, three, four and the city hall parking lot will follow in the sweeping schedule.
Cars can still pass through the roads while the ban is in effect but cannot park on the streets.
