Woman charged with stealing from the PTA at Jackson-Milton

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A woman charged with taking thousands of dollars from the Jackson-Milton Parent-Teacher Association was arraigned Tuesday.

Annette Seeds was released without bond. A pretrial is set for July 8 at 1:30 p.m.

Seeds is accused of stealing more than $17,000 from the organization in her capacity as president of the PTA.

Investigators said Seeds used the organization’s debit card to buy fuel, groceries, clothes and other items over a two-year period.
