BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) – Some major renovations to the Boardman public library got the green light Thursday.

According to library officials, the building and sites committee awarded a $37,000 contract to Warren-based Antenucci Incorporated to replace four boilers at the Glenwood Avenue library.

Boak and Sons of Youngstown will replace the roof on the building for $283,000 dollars.

There is no word on when the work will start.

The library branch opened in 1992.
