Boardman Police looking for break-in suspects

boardman thefts

BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) – Police are searching for three suspects in connection with a series of car thefts that happened near Shields Road in Boardman in June.

Boardman Police Detective Glenn Patton believes the three white males broke into four different unlocked vehicles, including one inside an unlocked garage, between June 10 and 11, stealing various items, including a credit card.

Victims reported the thefts on Park Harbor and Royal Palm Streets in Boardman.

Patton said police got photos of the suspects from surveillance video after one of them used the stolen credit card at a store.

Police initially believed the break-ins were related to a rash of thefts in Poland but now believe the incidents to be unrelated, Patton said.
