One dead following a Mercer County crash

GREEN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WKBN) – A Jamestown, Pa., man is dead following a crash.

According to the Mercer post of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clifton L. Erb III, 45, was traveling west on Kinsman Road Friday morning when his vehicle went off the roadway.

The vehicle rolled about 350 feet, struck a culvert and rolled over.

Erb was thrown from the vehicle; he was not wearing a seat belt, the report states.

He was taken to UPMC in Greenville, where he was pronounced dead.
