STRUTHERS, Ohio (WKBN) — There is a criminal case in Struthers with details that are so disturbing, our station cannot even report them all on TV.

The victim is so shocked and embarrassed, we are not identifying them or where police say the crime happened, but it is a case of an employee getting back at his boss.

“I have been a police officer for about 30 years and this is the first time that I have seen something like this,” Struthers Police Chief Tim Roddy said.

Court documents say John Cutlip, 28, of Liberty, videotaped himself performing a sex act, then putting bodily fluid into his former boss’s soup. Police said Cutlip’s former boss found the video and a mocking conversation when Cutlip left his Facebook page up on a work computer.

The victim realized they had later eaten the soup.

“Well first of all, you can’t take any bodily fluid of your own and unknowingly give it to somebody else, especially in their food,” Roddy said.

Cutlip was charged with pandering obscenity and criminal mischief. Police seized his cell phone as evidence.

Police wrote in their report that Cutlip told them he felt like his privacy had been invaded.

Cutlip has entered a not guilty plea. He was not willing to be interviewed on camera, but said he has not been convicted of any crimes. He is expected to appear in court later this month after paying a bond following his arraignment.

“Whoever would do something like this, they have a serious problem,” Roddy said.
