James mural vandalized in Florida

MIAMI, Fla. (AP) – At least one Miami Heat fan is really upset with LeBron James.

A mural featuring the basketball star’s face was vandalized Friday. It happened shortly after James announced he was returning to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Serge Toussaint is the artist who painted the mural and said says he’s not upset with what happened.

“I mean, I spent two months in the hot sun painting this, bro. You were like our idol, bro. I didn’t do that do that but I totally agree with whoever did it,” said Toussaint.

James won two NBA titles with the Heat. The Akron native said in a sports illustrated article that he always knew he would eventually return to his home state.
