Police arrest Yo. shooting suspect

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Saturday, police arrested Tyrell Maiden, who is facing felonious assault charges in connection with a June shoot-out at the Ally Market on South Avenue in Youngstown.

Authorities issued an arrest warrant in mid-June for Maiden. Detectives believe he is one of the two shooters involved in the incident. 

Police said Maiden and another man had been arguing, then entered the store, where both pulled guns and started shooting.

The owner and a 10-year old boy were caught in the crossfire and wounded. Both victims are expected to survive.
