YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Salem man is facing charges of gross sexual imposition and aggravated menacing on claims he had sexual contact with a six-year old in June, according to court documents.
A grand jury indicted William Dailey, 55, on the third-degree felony.
Authorities claim Dailey threatened harm to someone in the incident, leading to the aggravated menacing charge.
Dailey pleaded not guilty at his arraignment in Mahoning County Court Tuesday morning, and the case has been assigned to Judge R. Scott Krichbaum.
Dailey’s pretrial is scheduled for Aug. 18.
