911 service restored for Century Link customers in Trumbull County

TRUMBULL COUNTY, Ohio (WKBN) — Land line service for Century Link phone customers in Trumbull County has been restored.

Emergency dispatch indicated Sunday night they could not receive 911 calls from Century Link land line customers into the emergency center.

Residents were asked to use a cell phone if they needed to contact 911.

The problem was detected by Century Link and all service has been restored.
