Body pulled from car in Lawrence County

MAHONING TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WKBN) – The body of a 77-year-old woman was pulled from a car that went down a ravine in Lawrence County Tuesday afternoon.

The car was discovered around 4 p.m. off Miller Farm Road in Mahoning Township. Authorities believe it had been there for several hours.

The death is still under investigation by Mahoning Township Police and the Lawrence County coroner.

The name of the woman has not yet been released.
