Grand jury indicts man for lewd act against boss

John Cutlip sentencing

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A man accused of placing bodily fluid in the soup of his employer has been indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury.

John Cutlip, 27, of Liberty is charged with pandering obscenity, criminal mischief, and intimidation of a victim.

The charges surround a March incident where Cutlip allegedly videotaped himself performing a sex act, then putting bodily fluid into his former boss’s soup. Police said Cutlip’s former boss found the video and a mocking conversation when Cutlip left his Facebook page up on a work computer. The incident happened at a business in Struthers.

The victim realized she had later eaten the soup.

A pretrial is scheduled for September 10.
