Howland restaurant robbed by man with shotgun


HOWLAND, Ohio (WKBN) — A Howland restaurant was robbed at gunpoint late Friday.

According to our print partners at the Tribune Chronicle, Papa John’s on Elm Road was robbed just before 11p.m.

Witnesses told police a man with a shotgun entered the restaurant, ordered them to lie on the floor and took cash.

Police describe the robber as a heavy-set black male with a beard wearing a red shirt and black pants.
