Vacant fire called suspicious

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A vacant house fire in Youngstown is being called suspicious by fire investigators.

Flames broke out around 1 a.m. Wednesday at a house in the 2500 block of Oakhill Ave., on the city’s south side.

The house was fully engulfed when crews arrived, and the house is no longer standing.

Firefighters used a ladder truck to help prevent the flames from spreading to nearby homes…
