PTC employees head back to work

ALLIANCE, Ohio (WKBN) — About 250 steel workers who were locked out of their job since just after midnight Monday morning are heading back to work Sunday night.

U.S.W. Local 3059 Union Representative Bill Collins said that all bargaining employees are returning to their regular schedule starting at 11 p.m. Sunday.

The lock out started when the union and company couldn’t come to an agreement on several issues including parity wages and benefits for new employees.

Collins said both sides came together today and worked the issues out.
