Shenango PD arrests couple on drug charges

Pot raid investigation

SHENANGO TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WKBN) – A man and woman from Youngstown were arrested Tuesday morning on warrants for drug trafficking.

According to a police report, Donald James Frampton, 28, of West Ravenwood Avenue in Youngstown, and Janet Nicole Bair, 24, of Riley Street in Struthers, were arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service at a Wilson Road business. The warrants for felony drug trafficking out of Youngstown.

Frampton also had new charges filed against him through the Southwest Mercer County Regional Police Department for fugitive from justice, possession of a controlled substance for having 18 grams of suspected marijuana, possession with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bair also was charged with fugitive from justice.

Both are being held at the Mercer County Jail pending arraignment.
