YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Mahoning County Grand Jury indicted a Pennsylvania man Thursday on charges that he robbed a CVS store in Struthers in an attempt to get his hands on the pain-relieving medication Oxycodone.

The grand jury indicted Jason Emmett, 30, of Freedom, Pa., Thursday, alleging that he robbed a Struthers CVS store on May 23. Emmett faces a second-degree felony robbery charge and a fourth-degree felony charge for the theft of drugs.

According to Struthers Detective Jeff Lewis, Emmett robbed a number of CVS stores in Ohio and Pennsylvania trying to get Oxycodone.
