Police looking for Canfield auto parts theft suspect

CANFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) – The Mahoning County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help in identifying a suspect’s car from a late-July theft case.

Police said the truck pictured above was used in the crime in Canfield back on July 27.

A detective with the Mahoning County Sheriff’s Office tells First News the suspect stole parts off a vehicle at an auto dealer along Rt. 224 around 11a.m. on July 27.

This picture came from a surveillance camera from the business.

The vehicle is a dark green Ford F250 or 350 with an extended cab, according to the detective.

The detective would not say at which auto parts store the theft occurred.
