Crews let vacant house burn on south side

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – An overnight fire caused a vacant south side Youngstown home to collapse.

The fire broke out about 2 a.m. Monday at a two-story home along East Ravenwood, just off of Erie Street.

The house was fully engulfed in flames when crews arrived. Firefighters let the structure burn while preventing the fire from spreading to nearby structures.
