Youngstown tow shop worker in court, charged with shutting off competitor’s cell phone

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – The operator of a Youngstown towing company appeared in court today.

A judge set bond for Alex Bugno, who is charged with disrupting public service and identity fraud, at $5,000.

Boardman Police said Bugno used personal information of a competing tow truck operator to shut off one person’s cell phone service so they couldn’t take calls.

Bugno is scheduled to be back in court on August 26th.
