Driver hits YPD sign

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A company is working with the city of Youngstown to do repairs after one of its drivers hit and broke a marquee sign at the Youngstown Police Department Thursday.

Alpha Omega Document Management said one of its drivers was delivering containers Thursday and accidentally hit the sign.

Because the streets aren’t very wide outside the police department, many big trucks will park partially on the sidewalk in order to not completely block traffic.

Alpha Omega said once they get a damage estimate for the sign, they will go through the process of getting it fixed.
