WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Warren man accused of shooting three people is being held in the Trumbull County jail without bond after a judge deemed him to be a flight risk.
Authorities arraigned Terrell Allen, 22, this morning on a felonious assault charge.
Police say on Tuesday night, Allen and two others walked up to the door of a home on Burton Street Southeast and shot Raymond Gene Harrison III, Anthony Harris and Amadd Jones.
Allen was on probation at the time. He did turn himself into police on Thursday night.
Police are still looking for the two other suspects and have not yet identified a motive.
