$3 million awarded in wrongful death lawsuit

LISBON, Ohio (WKBN) – The widow of Gerald Klusch has been awarded over $3 million in damages from the late Matthew Bailey for the wrongful death of her husband.

According to the Morning Journal, Klusch’s death was ruled a homicide, but there were never any charges filed. He was shot and killed in a wooded area outside of Salineville in September 2011.

Bailey was a person of interest in his death and Bailey himself also became a homicide victim in October 2013.
