Traficant Look Back: Early legal troubles


YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Jim Traficant was know as a man who refused to back down; whether it was on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives or in a courtroom. Even before his first federal trial, Traficant stood before a judge in Mahoning County refusing to kick people out of their homes. For a look at Jim Traficant’s past legal troubles, WKBN news anchor Tom Holden filed this report in 2002.
