Taste of Valley held to benefit Second Harvest

The 23rd Annual Taste of the Valley was held Sunday at Stambaugh Auditorium.

Twenty one vendors provided delicious samples of their dishes for donors.

“The money raised here today will now go back and be able to bring more food into the area, which will ultimately be providing our 153 pantries and kitchens with more food,” said Mike Iberis, executive director of Second Harvest Food Bank of the Mahoning Valley.

The money raised through the event will provide 250,000 meals to people in three county area served by Second Harvest.
