Semi rolls over in Brookfield


BROOKFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) – For the second day in a row, there was a tractor trailer rollover in Trumbull County on Monday.

The accident happened on State Route 7 in Brookfield near Chestnut Ridge Road. The driver lost control of his rig around 3:45 p.m. and ended up in a ditch in someone’s front yard.

The semi is used to carry brine from an injection well, but at the time of the accident it was empty. The driver was not seriously injured.

On Tuesday, a tractor trailer carrying fruit smoothies rolled over on U.S. Route 422 in Southington.
