Bazetta police looking for robber

BAZETTA TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKBN) – Police in Bazetta Township are looking for a suspect who robbed a store clerk at gunpoint.

A man walked into the Bazetta Mall on Hoagland-Blackstub Road about 7 p.m. Monday, brandished a small handgun and demanded money from the clerk.

The suspect was wearing a black and white coat with a black and white handkerchief over his face.

The robber made off with about $496.00 in cash.

Anyone who may have information on the case is asked to call police at 330-638-5503.
