Man indicted in Struthers shooting

STRUTHERS, Ohio (WKBN) – A Mahoning County grand jury indicted a man Thursday in connection with a shooting in Struthers in December, according to a grand jury report.

The grand jury indicted Robert Braho, 39, charging him with two counts of felonious assault and one count of carrying concealed weapons. The man who police allege Braho shot is still clinging to life in a local hospital.

Police said Braho got into a verbal argument and then a fist fight with a man early on the morning of Sunday, Dec. 21 outside Braho’s house on Sixth Street. Police said Braho then pulled out a gun and shot the man once in the abdomen.

Braho was arraigned Monday, Dec. 22, in Struthers Municipal Court and was free on bond by the next day.
