Fire damages house on west side

A house was damaged by fire in Youngstown, Ohio.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – The cause of a house fire on Youngstown’s west side is under investigation.

The fire broke out about 2 a.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of Hartzell Avenue.

No one lives in the house and most of the damage was contained to the second floor.

Crews broke down a balcony and some windows to contain the flames.
