Clerk robbed at knifepoint in Hermitage

HERMITAGE, Pa. (WKBN) – Police in Hermitage are looking for a suspect who robbed a local store at knifepoint.

Police were called about 9 p.m. Sunday to the Dollar Tree on E. State Street for a reported robbery.

The clerk said a man came into the store around closing time and approached the cashier. He then took out a knife and demanded that the clerk open the cash register. The suspect then grabbed a small amount of cash from the drawer and ran out.
