TNP looks to re-use vacant lots

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) — Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership is launching a program to re-use vacant lots in Warren.

It’s called Lots to Love. It allows up to $6,000 of labor and materials to install a greening project on a vacant lot.

There are a few conditions:

Only lots that have been recently cleared by the land bank are eligible, projects must have at least two people to maintain the lots and you must gather signatures showing that people in the neighborhood support your idea.
