Man jailed after shots fired in Denny’s parking lot

C'quan Cross was arrested in connection to a shots fired at the Denny's in Liberty, Ohio.

LIBERTY, Ohio (WKBN) – A Youngstown man is in jail, charged in connection to a shooting at a Denny’s restaurant.

Liberty police detectives arrested C’quan Cross of Youngstown on a felonious assault charge this week.

Police were called to the Belmont Avenue restaurant late last Saturday for reports of gunfire.

Witnesses told police a man shot at another car in the parking lot then drove away.

There were no injuries.

Cross was arraigned in Girard court and given a $100,000 bond.
