EASTLAKE, Ohio (WKBN) – An Ohio man is facing charges after a dispute over shoveling snow turned nasty.
Police in Eastlake near Cleveland were so appalled by the incident they posted a picture of it on their department’s Facebook page.
Police say Will Immke was shoveling a sidewalk for a disabled neighbor on Sunday when neighbor Larry Myers came out of his house and told him to stop.
Investigators say he then shoved Immke in the face and neck.
The suspect then returned with a snow blower, and intentionally threw snow on the victim.
The two admit they’ve had their issues with each other for years, but Sunday’s snowy fight may have been the breaking point.
Myers was charged with assault.
